Brand
Crystal Cable
Crystal Cable makes hand-built audio cables from its headquarters in Elst, the Netherlands. Concert pianist Gabi Rynveld founded the brand in 2004 with her husband Edwin, an engineer who is also CEO of its sister company, Siltech. Her ear for music and his expertise in cable design shaped a simple goal: build a cable that sounds as good as it looks.
When Crystal Cable debuted at the 2004 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, most high-end cables were thick, since many believed size mattered for sound. Crystal Cable showed that a slim, flexible cable could compete with the best in the world.
Their lineup starts with the Diamond Series 2 and rises to the flagship Infinite Dream, with the Art Series and Future Dream 22 in between. The Infinite Dream Power Cable is a perfect example of the company’s craftmanship. It uses nine silver and silver-gold conductors, the metal strands that carry the electricity, to quiet down background noise for a clearer sound.
Skilled engineers build and finish every cable by hand. A production engineer tests each one, and a quality engineer tests it again before it ships. Crystal Cable builds all its product to last with one overarching goal: to put you in the room with your favorite artists.
